Manny Pacquiao’s promoters say that his prospective fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. is out of the question after a mediation session failed to resolve the fighter’s differences.

The bout was supposedly slated for March 13 at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas, but Top Rank representatives said that it could not reach an agreement with Golden Boy Promotions, cancelling what would have been the richest fight in boxing history.

The promoters met for negotiations last Tuesday to resolve their differences due to the proposed drug-testing protocol of the Mayweather camp.

The fighters were said to be close to a deal after the meeting, but succeeding discussions failed, cancelling the fight.
