Devin Setguchi scored a goal midway through the third period, securing a 1-0 victory for the San Jose Sharks over Pacific Division rivals Dallas Stars.

Before Setoguchi’s goal, the game was at a stand still with a scoreless tie. Sharks goalie Evgeni Nabokov had an impressive 29 saves, preventing the Stars offense from scoring during the entirety of the contest.

Ryane Clowe and Christian Ehroff were credited with one assist each for San Jose, who are now on a 4-game winning streak.

Nabokov had 11 saves in the first period, 8 in the second, and 10 in the third. This marks the 45th shutout in his career. Aside from extending the season winning streak, the win marks the 7th straight regular season win of the Sharks over the Stars.

This season, the Sharks have outscored the Stars, 12-4, capping a four-game sweep over Dallas.
