Terry Will Be Back For Charlton Clash: Mourinho E-mail
Written by Staff Writer

There is finally some good news for Chelsea on the personnel front as skipper John Terry is all set return for Saturday's clash with Charlton. However the club faces another headache in the form of a knee injury to left back Ashley Cole.

Terry has been out of the side since December 13 and had to undergo surgery to correct his problem. During his time off, he has seen the Chelsea defense in tatters and was seen shaking his head when his side let in two early goals against Liverpool a couple of weeks ago.

Manager Jose Mourinho is sure to be delighted to see his star player back, but will be worried about Ashley Cole. "Terry returns this weekend. He's an important player and we've missed him because he's been out for a long, long time," he said. "It's important he's back, especially in a period when we keep losing players. It's important that when you lose some, you get some back."

However he was glum when quizzed about the prospects about the 26-year-old Cole. The defender injured his knee when he fell awkwardly in the match against Blackburn. Chelsea fear that Cole could be out for the rest of the season, but Mourinho was philosophical.

"There is no news yet on Ashley. He's doing scans and everything but at this moment it doesn't look very good. We have to wait and see what the results are, but at the moment there is nothing we can do except wait," he said.
