Patrick Sharp scored a goal during the third round of a shootout last Wednesday to give the Chicago Blackhawks a 3-2 victory over Colorado.

Both teams scored one goal apiece during the period and Sharp scored a forehand past Craig Anderson to give the Blackhawks a slim edge.
Patrick Kane and Cam Barker scored in regulation to lead Chicago.

Colorado scored goals care of Kyle Cumiskey and Wojtek Wolski. The team now has lost two in a row.

Cristobal Huet played an outstanding game, saving 25 shots.

Of the three season meetings, the Blackhawks have won two. All the games were decided with a shootout.
