Kerry Collins, the Indianapolis Colts’ quarterback, has been placed on the injured list due to a concussion.

The 33-year-old, who missed the Colts’ last four games, came out of retirement to fill in for the injured Peyton Manning. However, he succumbed to a head injury during his third week for the winless Colts.

Collins covered 481 yards of passing, a couple of touchdowns, and one interception.

In addition to Collins, the Colts also placed Chris Gronkowski and Joe Reitz in the injured list.
