Chris Henry, a wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals, recently died from injuries suffered from a fall from a pick-up truck.

The authorities said he died at 0636 (local time) in a local hospital.

Police said that the 26-year-old was involved a domestic situation and he got into a truck bed as his fiancée drove away from home.

As of press time, no charges have been filed and detectives are currently investigating the incident.

Hendy was in his fifth season with the Bengals and was widely known for his athletic prowess. But he was also made infamous by his trouble outside the football field.
