Dwyane Wade scored 28 points with eight rebounds Monday to lead Miami to a 92-75 NBA victory over Atlanta, despite the absence of Heat center Jermaine O'Neal.

Michael Beasley scored 20 of his 22 points in the first half as the Heat took charge of the contest early.

Udonis Haslem scored 12 points and Quentin Richardson grabbed 10 rebounds for Miami, which snapped a three-game skid.

The Hawks had entered the game averaging 104.9 points, but were held to a season low. They also lost the battle on the boards, 52-30.

Jamal Crawford came off the bench to score 23 points for Atlanta, who have lost four in a row for the first time since January of last year.

Joe Johnson's 11 points made him the only Hawks starter in double figures.

Atlanta have dominated Miami in recent years, winning 11 of the last 16 meetings including postseason games. They knocked the Heat out of last year's first round of the playoffs in seven games.

O'Neal was sidelined by a strained groin and hip flexor. He has experienced soreness in his groin and hip for about two weeks, but the team were hopeful he would be able to return on Wednesday when Miami host Boston.
