Eight players scored in double figures for the Phoenix Suns last Tuesday to pull off a 152-114 over the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Jason Richardson top scored for the Suns with 27 points. Phoenix led by as much as 41 points in the game, and they also set the highest scoring mark for the season. Amare Stoudemire scored 25 markers, while former MVP Steve Nash had 13 points and 14 helpers.
The Timberwolves were led by Corey Brewer with 21 points, while Ryan Gomes added 18.
The game was close during the first quarter. The Suns picked up the momentum at the end of the half, and had a 79-61 lead by the start of the third quarter.
During the third, the run-and-gun Suns captured a 39-point lead and shot and amazing 56 percent from the field for the entire game.
