Paul Pierce scored 29 points, while Nate Robinson provided energy off the bench, as the Boston Celtics eliminated the Orlando Magic, 96-84.
The Celtics are now booking their second NBA Finals appearance in three years.
Boston jumped to a 3-0 advantage in the Eastern Conference finals, and the Magic went on a two-game winning streak; but in the end, the Celtics won the series.
The Celtics closed the first quarter with a 16-5 run to take a 30-19 lead and the Magic never got back. Boston now waits in the Finals to battle either the Los Angeles Lakers or Phoenix Suns.
Pierce grabbed 13 rebounds and five assists and shot 9-of-15 from the field.
Ray Allen scored 20 points for Boston, and Robinson scored 13 points all in the second quarter.
Rajan Rondo got quality rest in the second period, when Robinson filled perfectly for the point guard position. Rondo had back problems and benefited well from the extra rest.
Dwight Howard scored 28 points for the Magic and Vince Carter contributed 17 markers in a losing effort.
