A judge has approved a settlement between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Fox Sports, paving the way for the sale of the franchise.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Gross ruled on the matter in Delaware.

Late last year, Frank McCourt—the owner of the Dodgers—decided to sell the team. Both the league and the franchise agreed to have the court oversee the case to maximize the team’s sale value.

However, Fox filed a case, citing that the selling the team’s media rights would unfairly benefit McCourt.

In the settlement, Fox withdrew its lawsuit as long as the Dodgers honored the existing contract with the network.
