Tiger Woods, probably the most famous golfer of this generation, has admitted to losing focus on his game because of his divorce with Elin Nordegren.

During an interview with reporters at The Barclays, N.J., Woods took responsibility for his extramarital affairs that amounted to the failure of his failed marriage. Since the negotiations began, Woods’ performance has dipped.

“At times it was difficult (to focus),” Woods said. “Certainly you try and block it out as best you can and focus on a shot. But at times it certainly was, yes.”

Woods added: “I wish her the best in everything. You know, it's a sad time in our lives. And we're looking forward to (rebuilding) our lives and how we can help our kids the best way we possibly can. And that's the most important thing.”
