Former Ohio State football Coach Jim Tressel is infamous for failing to report NCAA rule violations.

The university recently revealed Tressel’s 2005-2006 profile, which included comprehensive performance reviews.

The review committee found that Tressel failed to report several NCAA player regulations. Plus, he was late in submitting paper work. On top of that, Tressel’s submissions were incomplete.

Ohio State sent six warning letters from 2001-2005 regarding his NCAA violations.

Tressel was force to resign this year amidst more NCAA rule violations.
